Peter Newsham

Peter Newsham has 30 years of recruitment experience working in Fortune 500 corporations, highly regarded consulting firms, and in his own recruitment business. Clients consist of consulting organizations, start ups, and mid- and large-sized corporations.

Peter believes that the single most important factor contributing to success in the marketplace is the calibre of the executives that a company employs. Nothing exceeds outstanding executive talent as a predictor of, and as a contributor to, a company's growth and profitability.

Peter started his career as a Human Resources executive at Pepsico, Inc, followed by executive positions at McGraw Hill Inc., and Pitney Bowes. His initiation into the recruitment business was with Ward Howell International. He also spent 10 years heading up recruitment for a highly regarded consulting organization.

Today the firm has offices in New York and Florida, with a staff of seasoned recruiters with various vertical and industry experience.
